Role: Commis Chef
At YOUR KITCHEN BRAND, you’ll be a vital part of our kitchen team!
Responsibilities
As a Commis Chef, you’ll:
- Support kitchen operations and ensure everything runs smoothly in line with the team’s vision.
- Work closely with Senior Chefs to understand the different stations and roles within the kitchen.
- Learn and master every area—from section prep and food preparation to final plating and clean-down procedures.
- Take ownership of your role, including:
- Tracking orders & ticket times for efficiency.
- Managing different phases of service to deliver guest excellence.
- Collaborate with the main kitchen team to maintain high standards and smooth operations.
- Contribute to a hospitality environment built on passion, welfare, and growth—where teamwork and leadership pay off.
