About the Role…
As a Commis Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5★ experience. Your key responsibilities include:
- Working under one of our experienced chefs to effectively support the kitchen team
- Assembling all ingredients needed for our fine dining menus
- Operating all necessary kitchen equipment to deliver outstanding food experiences
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of hygiene, health, and safety
- Developing and expanding your knowledge of food sapere
- Collaborating closely with your team to create a positive and innovative work environment
- Demonstrating flexibility—our hospitality industry operates across weekends and evenings!
