Holiday Inn High Wycombe – Commis Chef
Salary & Hours £15,899.52 per annum / £12.74 per hour, 24 hours per week over 4 days
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commis Chef, someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is passionate about upholding brand standards.
As our newest Commis Chef, you will:
- Work in a clean, efficient, and organised manner
- Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to perform under pressure with calm confidence
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience that leaves guests eager to return
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Prepare and cook dishes to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality
- Work flexibly across weekday evenings, weekends and bank holidays (shift patterns can be discussed)
- Receive on-the-job training, including nationally recognised apprenticeships if desired
- Contribute to team morale while supporting team development
