Commis Chef Opportunity
We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a commis chef.
Key Requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- At least 1 year’s experience in a similar position
- Strong grasp of Health and Safety policy demanding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food is produced in a timely and efficient manner and meets the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Keep the team up to date about departmental, hotel, and company activities through daily communication.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and that the team all know the correct hygiene standards expected.
- Ensure the kitchen team follow HACCP and food safety standards using the tools and equipment provided.

- Previous experience in a similar role
