Commis Chef – Crowne Plaza Plymouth
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum (£12.71 per hour) Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days (open 7 days a week, 365 days a year)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commis Chef—someone who thrives in the fast-paced kitchen environment with passion for maintaining the brand’s high standards.
As a Commis Chef, you will:
- Work efficiently, demonstrating strong leadership abilities under pressure.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and precision.
The role offers Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to discuss preferred hours for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality food preparation in line with kitchen standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create memorable culinary experiences for guests.
- Adhere to cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Strong kitchen experience required.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied shift patterns (evenings, weekends, and full days).
