We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol, and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful, and that approach is reflected in our menu, which focuses on hand-made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

We have a new opportunity in our Newarks Work store, along the riverside in Bath.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you would be responsible for the preparation of the daily lunch menu. This includes:
Get help with your application

- Preparing fresh fillings
- Cutting sourdough sandwiches
- Cutting cakes, etc.
Working Hours
We encourage a healthy work-life balance, so our working patterns are based on a five-day week, starting from 6:00am or later, depending on the specific role.
