About the Role
As our Commis Waiter, you’ll work to create smooth, efficient, and first-rate service in our fast-paced dining venues. You’ll support our floor teams, trips, bussers, and chefs to ensure guests leave with the best experience possible.
- Previous experience in hospitality, wine service, or similar fields is highly beneficial.
- Leadership will be assessed through our training process; your ability to step up when asked will rise exponentially as career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing stations and florals for tables to ensure an elegant, contemporary look.
- Assisting the waitstaff and bussers in setting up the dining area while maintaining restaurant standards.
- Supporting wine service with knowledge and service expertise.
- Apprenticeship in food prep and kitchen support—understanding the inner workings of our kitchens.
- Taking guests' orders and transferring them efficiently.
- Ensuring hygiene, speed, and professionalism in service culture.
- Support personnel connecting floor, bar, and kitchen.
- Advising management on training and performance during your stay.
