GAUCHO are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Commiss Waiter / Food Runner to join our team! The ideal Commis Waiter / Food runner candidates will be eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and want to grow within the company. They will work well within a team and be happy to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities of the GAUCHO Commis Waiter / Food runner

  • To adhere to all company rules, regulations, and procedures
  • To provide back-up service to all the service operations
  • Ensure that tables are cleared, cleaning and reset during service
  • To ensure that the bus stations are kept fully stocked and set for service
  • Act as a role model to all new employees by showing a positive approach to your job role
  • To ensure we are striving to make every guest a repeat guest by achieving the cycle of service every time
