Vynzo Media is a growing UK based marketing agency helping businesses grow through digital marketing, branding, paid advertising, social media and creative services.
We are looking for a results-focused Business Development Manager to develop new client relationships across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
What You’ll Do
- Identify suitable local B2B prospects
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls and present relevant services
- Coordinate proposals with our internal team
- Negotiate and close client agreements
- Support a smooth client handover after closing

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, account acquisition or business development
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- A proven ability to generate and close opportunities
- Comfortable working without a fixed base salary
- Based in Birmingham or the West Midlands
- Experience in agency, marketing or professional-services sales is preferred

The role provides 10%–18% commission per eligible closed and paid deal. Earnings are uncapped, and the advertised OTE is not guaranteed.
