Vynzo Media is a growing UK based marketing agency supporting businesses with digital marketing, paid media, branding, social media, and creative services.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new business and develop strong client relationships across Bristol and the South West.
What You’ll Do
- Identify new B2B sales opportunities
- Connect with founders, directors, and growing businesses
- Manage opportunities from first contact to closure
- Conduct discovery calls and service presentations
- Coordinate proposals and commercial discussions
- Handle follow ups, objections, and negotiations
- Close deals and support client onboarding

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition
- Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
- Confidence managing the full sales cycle
- Self-motivated and commercially focused
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Based in Bristol or within travelling distance

There is no fixed salary, and earnings are uncapped.
