Vynzo Media is a growing UK based marketing agency expanding its client presence across Glasgow and Scotland’s Central Belt.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who can build local business relationships, generate qualified opportunities and close new client deals.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
- Present our marketing services clearly
- Coordinate proposals with the Vynzo Media team
- Manage objections, negotiations and deal closure
- Build relationships that support renewals and referrals

What We’re Looking For
- B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Confidence dealing with senior decision-makers
- Able to work independently and manage targets
- Comfortable with a commission only structure
- Based in Glasgow or Scotland’s Central Belt
You will earn 10%–18% commission on eligible closed and paid deals, with uncapped earning potential. The advertised OTE is indicative, performance-based and not guaranteed.

Compensation: Commission only

Indicative OTE: £40,000–£80,000+ | Uncapped
