Vynzo Media is a growing UK-based marketing agency expanding its client network across Manchester and the North West.
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager who can connect with local businesses, build a strong pipeline and turn qualified opportunities into signed client agreements.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new B2B opportunities across Manchester
- Connect with founders, directors, and business owners
- Manage the full sales process
- Conduct discovery calls and service presentations
- Handle follow-ups, objections, and negotiations
- Close new client deals
- Attend local meetings and networking events when required

What We’re Looking For
- B2B sales or business development experience
- Confidence communicating with decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with commission-only earnings
- Based in Manchester or Greater Manchester
You will receive 10%-18% commission on eligible closed and paid deals, with uncapped earning potential. The advertised OTE is indicative and depends entirely on sales performance.
