About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility is to find potential clients, contact business owners by phone, qualify their needs, and schedule meetings or close deals for our services. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with earn up to 30% commission on every successful sale. There is no earning limit—the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
- Identify businesses that need Shopify development, website development, or digital marketing services.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Explain our services professionally.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects or close deals directly.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and conversations.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken English.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence speaking with business owners.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous sales or cold calling experience is a plus but not required.
