Role Description
The Commission-only Sales Development Manager is a full-time, remote position. This position is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with professional services firms, and promoting the value of WestBridge Group’s network and growth platform. The role involves managing the sales development pipeline, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new members and partners. The Sales Development Manager will track performance metrics, refine outreach strategies, and contribute to sales operations processes to maximize revenue and member engagement. This role is suited to a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working on a commission-only structure and thrives in a high-impact, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into committed network members.
- Team Management and Sales Operations skills to coordinate activities, manage pipelines, and support efficient sales processes.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within professional services or B2B environments, ideally with a focus on networks or platforms.
- Highly self-directed, comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure, and motivated by performance-based rewards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with CRM tools.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is beneficial, as is experience engaging with accountancy, legal, financial advisory, consulting, HR, or technology sectors.
