Role Description
This is a full or part-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Day-to-day tasks include presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, as well as performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. The role also includes establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships and reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.

- Customer service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and consulting skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Marketing, or related field preferred
