Role Description
The Commissioned Based Medical Sales Person will be responsible for promoting and selling DMI’s medical products to hospitals and healthcare providers in the England & Wales. The core function is building and maintaining relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers, particularly in the Neonatal, Maternity, and Community sectors. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical and clinical information, following up on leads, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with clinical needs. Success in this position will be measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and contribution to growth in NHS and international markets.

Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals in hospital or clinical environments - would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build long-term professional relationships.
- Experience working with hospital departments such as neonatal, maternity, perioperative, emergency, intensive care, or paediatrics is highly beneficial would be beneficial but not essential.
- Proven ability to work independently in an on-site, field-based role, manage territory targets, and prioritize multiple accounts.
- Valid right to work in the UK and willingness to travel within their territory and occasionally beyond as required.
