Commissioning Home Manager | Colden Common Care Home – Hampshire

Up to £85,000 per annum | Up to 40% Annual Bonus | Generous Commissioning Bonus

We’re looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of Colden Common Care Home, a brand-new premium care home set to open in February 2027.

Colden Common Care Home is a purpose-built 60 bed service designed to deliver exceptional residential, dementia and nursing care within a beautifully designed environment focused on delivering high quality care alongside an exceptional resident experience.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a brand-new care home through every stage of the commissioning journey, from recruitment and operational mobilisation through to occupancy growth, regulatory readiness and long-term operational success.

The foundations of this service will be built long before the first resident arrives and you will be leading that journey from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
