Commissioning Home Manager | Spencer Grange Care Home (East Ardsley)

£80,000 per annum | Up to 40% Annual Bonus | Private Medical Insurance

We’re looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of Spencer Grange Care Home, a brand-new, purpose-built luxury service in East Ardsley, West Yorkshire.

Due for completion in July 2026, Spencer Grange offers 131 en-suite bedrooms, delivering high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care to the local community.

Set between Leeds and Wakefield, East Ardsley gives you the best of both worlds: strong community feel, green space on your doorstep and easy access to two major cities. It’s a place where reputation matters, word travels fast and good services quickly become great ones.

We are aiming to welcome our first residents by August 2026. The next 12 months will define the success of this home and you’ll be leading it.

This is a rare opportunity to take a service from first fix to full occupancy. You’ll have real autonomy to build your team, set your standards and create a home people choose both to live in and to work in. With significant investment behind the project, you’ll be trusted to deliver both outstanding care and strong commercial performance from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
