About the Role
Play a pivotal role in end-to-end commissioning of electrical/MEP systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support full-cycle commissioning from construction through to handover for electrical/MEP systems.
- Ensure commissioning readiness and delivery within safety, time, and specification constraints.
- Develop, monitor, and refine commissioning programmes, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate across contractors, vendors, clients, and multi-disciplinary teams to align project integration.
- Chair commissioning meetings and progress reviews, responding to technical/programme challenges.
- Validate and authenticate installation, testing, functional performance, and certification against design intent.
- Uphold compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive commissioning records (test scripts, checklists, procedures).
- Identify and mitigate risks, managing programme adjustments and conflict resolution.
- Report progress via regular updates and status reviews.
- Champion quality, safety, and operational readiness throughout the project lifespan.
