Our client is an award-winning independent agency with great clients across the entertainment and leisure space. Based in the heart of East London, we’re looking for a digital paid media account manager (with experience across paid search, paid social and programmatic display) who is looking to broaden their skills and experience across the entire comms planning marketing process, from TV and radio, to OOH and print, to effectively lead a big budget client account, contribute to client growth and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic client relationships, acting as senior day-to-day contact across client accounts
  • Create and shape comms planning marketing responses across Digital channels, as well as TV, Radio, OOH, and Print channels, by setting the strategic marketing direction, overseeing planning timelines and working with specialists within the team to encourage strong cross-channel thinking
  • Manage, mentor and lead your team by example, responsible for full people management and growth
  • Report into the leadership team on a regular basis in terms of the commercial health of your client accounts, as well as strategically identifying new growth opportunities for the agency and commercial delivery and profitability
  • Be an integral part of the wider group and local team by encouraging best in class marketing, whilst looking at practical tools and ways of working to encourage collaboration and productivity

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous digital media activation experience across paid search, paid social and display channels, with appreciation of the wider media planning process
  • Experience gained within a media agency, ideally at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level looking to step up
  • Someone with prior experience leading sizable client accounts and campaign delivery from brief to PCA
  • Confidence and experience using key planning tools, plus practical application
  • A real people person, someone who can do more than manage day to day and instead coach and mentor teams and the wider business
