Position Overview
The Communications and Content Executive will help shape clear, engaging and brand-aligned communications across Artemis and its venue portfolio.
This role combines content creation with campaign messaging. The successful candidate will be a strong writer with excellent attention to detail and an interest in branding and communications. They will help develop messaging for marketing campaigns, write high-quality content across a range of channels and ensure communications remain consistent with the Artemis brand.
Alongside campaign support, the role will manage key owned content channels, including Artemis LinkedIn and blog content for Artemis and individual venues. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in brand communications while working across a varied portfolio of premium venues.
Key Responsibilities
Communications and Campaign Messaging
- Develop clear messaging for campaigns, projects, launches, offers and wider business initiatives.
- Review marketing briefs and create messaging that reflects brand positioning, audience needs and business objectives.
- Carry out research into audiences, competitors and market trends where appropriate.
- Produce key messages and supporting copy for use across digital, social, email, paid media and print as well as internal communications.
- Help ensure campaign communications remain consistent across all marketing channels.

Content Creation and Channel Management
- Write and manage blog content for Artemis and individual venues.
- Produce engaging written content for websites, email marketing, brochures and other marketing materials where required.
- Manage the Artemis LinkedIn account, including planning, writing, scheduling and selecting relevant content.
- Identify content opportunities that strengthen the Artemis brand and improve customer engagement.
- Support SEO content updates across websites where appropriate.
Brand Consistency
- Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across Artemis communications.
- Apply brand guidelines and messaging principles across written content.
- Work with colleagues to ensure campaigns and content present a consistent brand experience.
- Support the continued development of messaging and brand language across the business.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns from planning through to delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, digital specialists, social media colleagues and venue teams to create effective marketing communications.
- Provide high-quality written content for agreed marketing projects.
- Contribute ideas for improving communications, content and customer engagement.

Essential
Skills and Experience
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of tone of voice and brand consistency.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing channels.
- Competent using AI tools for research, content development and copy refinement, with good prompting skills and strong editorial judgement.
- Ability to organise and manage multiple projects.
- Curious, proactive and willing to research new topics.
- Confident working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
Desirable
- Experience managing LinkedIn or other business social media channels.
- Experience writing blogs or long-form content.
- Basic understanding of SEO content best practice.
- Experience within hospitality, weddings, lifestyle or premium brands.
- Experience with Wordpress and content management software.
Location
This is a hybrid role, based in our Head Office (LL12 0AY), including 2 days in the office each week with 3 days working from home. On occasion, you may be required to visit venues.
