The successful candidate will:
- Work across many exciting and current consumer brands.
- Support on key campaigns for the agency.
The Role
- Works with diverse clients including:
- Haircare
- Skincare
- Makeup
- Food
- Drink
- Wellness brands
- Provides:
- PR
- Influencer management
- Social media management
Dynamic Environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Reporting across all clients
- Support on influencer marketing activations
- Managing sample send-outs/logging and chasing coverage
- Helping to organise and plan events for various clients
- Managing press/influencer send-outs (including:
- Packing mailers
- Running post office duties)
- Writing influencer materials
- Creating social media content calendars across all clients
- Supporting both Directors with ad hoc daily tasks
- Conducting research on:
- Food trends
- Locations
- Competitors
- Suggesting creative ideas and brainstorms
- Maintaining press/influencer contact lists
- Supporting new business work

Offer for the Successful Candidate
- Expense Coverage: Travel and lunch expenses (inquire for specifics)
- Work Arrangement:
- Three days per week:
- Two days on-site from the Soho House Membership Club (Soho and Shoreditch offices) with full access to lounges and workspaces.
- One day hybrid work from home (WFH).
- Three days per week:
- Core Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with an hour for lunch).
- Extracurricular Opportunity: Support on ad hoc press/influencer events for extra experience.
