Role Description
The Communications Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of communications campaigns. This role involves drafting and editing press releases, articles, and other written materials aligned with client objectives and audience needs. The Communications Associate will help coordinate projects, track deadlines, and ensure consistent messaging across channels and publications.
Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
- Collaborating with internal teams and partners
- Conducting basic research to inform narratives
- Assisting in monitoring campaign coverage and performance
- Maintaining organized documentation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of communications processes and materials

Qualifications
- Strong Writing and Communication skills for creating clear, accurate, and engaging content.
- Experience with Press Releases and Strategic Communications to support media outreach and narrative development.
- Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms commonly used in communications and content management.
Additional Beneficial Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Experience collaborating with PR, SEO, or agency teams
