Our Client, a leading European savings and retirement services group specialising in guaranteed life insurance products, are looking for a talented Sustainability and Communications Associate to join their Group Corporate and Regulatory Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Communications in delivering the Communication Strategy
  • Maintain the internal communications calendar – ensuring consistent cadence of varied and engaging content.
  • Support production and maintenance of relevant materials for internal and external audiences, via the company intranet, website, events, LinkedIn, corporate news releases and media/political engagements.
  • Support the further development of the Group’s Sustainability strategy
  • Project manage the collection of Sustainability information and data for upcoming reporting (e.g., CSRD), including working with stakeholders across the finance and risk teams to identify and gather required data and support implementation of relevant IT tools.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services, or relevant agency / consulting experience
  • Experience within a communications related role
  • Strong Project management experience
  • Experience in sustainability and understanding of related regulation desirable
