About the Role
The role of Communications Coordinator is to support the delivery of internal, retail and corporate communications across key business platforms, alongside assisting with company events and engagement activity. The role would suit a highly organised and creative individual with strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage communications inboxes, including:
- External corporate communications enquiries
- Head office internal communications
- Retail communications
- Respond to, redirect, or escalate queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the retail communications platform on a day-to-day basis, ensuring:
- Messages are clear, accurate, and sent on time
- Regular updates to stores
- Support the planning and coordination of:
- Internal communications activity
- Issuing of communications through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Maintain relevant files across:
- Retail communications platform
- Internal communications channels
- SharePoint platforms
- Provide administrative support for corporate events, including:
- Trade shows
- Bi-annual sales conferences
- Assist in booking suppliers and liaising with vendors for events.
- Support event logistics, including coordination before, during, and after events.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of communications and events.
- Issue marketing toolkits to shopping centres.
- Assist with the production of:
- PowerPoint presentations
- Creative assets
Office Requirements
- This role requires a minimum of 4 days per week working at our head offices due to the nature of agile event support.

About You
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. Key attributes include:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Highly skilled in creating visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations to support communications, meetings, and events
- Confident in managing inboxes, coordinating communications, and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Self-motivated, focused, and pressure-resistant, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong administrative skills, adept at supporting complex projects and events
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven, thriving with rapidly changing priorities
- Problem-solving mindset, able to troubleshoot creatively in dynamic settings
- Creative eye, able to support presentation production and graphic assets
- Genuine passion for communications, retail, and employee engagement
- Professional and positive approach to work, staying adaptable as needs shift
- Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) and interested in adopting new technologies to enhance role performance
- Possesses a full, clean UK driving license (travel between locations and external meetings are required)
