Purpose of the Role

The Communications Coordinator will support the planning, creation and delivery of clear, consistent communications and marketing support across King’s Cross.

Working closely with the Engagement Manager and in collaboration with the wider Marketing and Experience teams, the role will support the delivery of customer engagement and messaging for key audiences including residents, retail partners and occupiers. This will include assisting with day-to-day communications, digital content and estate assets that help bring people together, ensure the smooth functioning of the neighbourhood, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Through clear messaging and engaging content, the role will help ensure our occupiers, retailers and residents know what’s happening across King’s Cross and what makes it a brilliant place to live, work and visit, while ensuring all communications align with the King’s Cross brand, tone of voice and visual standards.

This is a varied, hands-on role, well suited to someone early in their communications career who is keen to build experience in a busy, place-based environment and develop their skills in customer engagement and communications.

Key Responsibilities

Estate communications & engagement

  • Support day-to-day estate communications, including managing the shared communications inbox and issuing approved updates
  • Assist with drafting neighbourhood communications relating to works and activity across the estate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
