Company Description

Each Person is a bespoke employee experience and benefits platform built to help organisations make employee appreciation simple, meaningful, and lasting. We bring rewards, recognition, wellbeing, and financial benefits together in one intuitive platform, helping HR leaders create workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and recognised.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded, and creative Client Communications & Engagement Executive to own the communications strategy behind what Each Person sends out to clients and their employees.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strong copywriting, campaign thinking, design skills, and stakeholder confidence to drive real engagement and measurable uptake.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of client communications end to end in a growing, people-focused business.

  • You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering communications that help our clients increase platform registration, drive benefit uptake, and improve engagement with Each Person.
  • You’ll work directly with clients to understand their audiences, recommend what will work best, and create campaigns that are clear, engaging, and effective.
  • We’re looking for someone who can own the full communications journey, from strategy and messaging through to design, delivery, and performance tracking.
  • You’ll work closely with our commercial team, you’ll be comfortable joining client calls, discussing communications approaches, and advising on how to improve uptake and engagement over time with strong support from the brand and marketing team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own client communications campaigns from end to end, from planning through to execution and reporting
  • Develop communications strategies that help drive client registration rates, benefits uptake, and engagement with the platform
  • Create clear, engaging, and on-brand content for emails, campaigns, launch comms, promotional assets, newsletters, and client-facing materials
  • Design campaign assets using tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and other relevant creative AI platforms
  • Join client calls to understand business goals, recommend communications approaches, and advise on what is likely to improve performance
  • Work closely with the commercial team to support client success, retention, and growth through strong engagement communications
  • Partner with the brand team to ensure all communications are aligned to Each Person’s tone, identity, and wider messaging
  • Analyse campaign performance and client uptake data, using insights to refine communications and improve results
  • Take ownership of communications calendars and delivery timelines across multiple clients
  • Help translate benefit propositions, reward initiatives, and platform features into compelling, easy-to-understand campaigns for different audiences

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
