Communications, Events & Engagement Manager

Engagement Manager (6-Month Contract) – Leisure/Tourism – Hybrid (Central London, 2 Days/Week)

£55,000 pro rata

About the Role

This key visitor attraction is seeking a thought leadership programme Engagement Manager to deliver a core benefit of their Corporate Membership scheme on a contract basis. You’ll lead content strategy, partnerships, and high-profile events to shape audience engagement with culture, heritage, and London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the thought leadership programme, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
  • Collaborate with sponsors and partners to develop high-impact themes, propositions, and content
  • Identify and brief speakers, subject matter experts, government officials, and influencers
  • Oversee production of articles, reports, insights, and digital assets
  • Manage planning and delivery of:
    • Breakfast/dinner events
    • Roundtables
    • Launches
  • Lead event communications, branding, and partner recognition initiatives

About You

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven professional with:

  • B2B networking and thought leadership experience in content production, stakeholder engagement, and external affairs
  • ** Exceptional relationship-building**, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Event planning background, from briefing to delivery
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of self-directed work
  • Ability to start full-time from late July 2024
