Purpose of Position

We're looking for a talented Communications Executive to help bring our communications strategy to life. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys creating engaging content, building relationships across teams, and turning business updates into compelling stories.

You'll take ownership of our internal communications programme, helping connect colleagues across multiple countries to our strategy, priorities and culture. You'll also support external communications, content creation and brand storytelling, working closely with stakeholders across our global business.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role with significant exposure to senior leaders and international teams. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in a fast-paced global organisation and make a visible impact from day one.

Whether you've built your experience in-house, in an agency environment, as a freelancer, or across a mix of communications-focused roles, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

You're a strong writer and storyteller who knows how to create clear, engaging communications for different audiences. You enjoy working with people, managing multiple projects and bringing ideas to life through content.

You are proactive, organised and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys getting things done and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, internal communications, PR, content marketing, employer branding or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English.
  • Experience creating content for different audiences and communication channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial judgement.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging and accessible communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
