About the Role
You are joining a mission-driven health tech PR agency where great ideas and exceptional talent align to improve global healthcare. With 5+ years’ experience in comms—whether at an agency, in-house, or finessed as a journalist—you’ll bring more than expertise.
You’re the wordsmith who fuses impeccable grammar and rhythmic tone, sees convergences in complex topics, and pitches social media engagement. You match text with picture or data to elevate any story, while decoding the audience to perfect content every time. You must be tenacious (results-driven PR wins) and wonder-bound (why and how does this apply to healthcare?). Plus?
data and design must come together seamlessly in engaging campaigns, cutting across marketing and PR demands.

Duties
Your responsibilities will reflect Scarlet’s ambition: thought leadership in regulated medical AI.

Content Production
- Master our content—our team collaborates globally on clinics, blogs, video scripts, infographics, and more. It’s your mission to curate, write, and edit consistent, world-class content that amplifies our customers’ voices.
- Fuse reality (data-driven stories) and intrigue (experience with the most sophisticated minds in AI healthcare).

Social Media Management
- Lead or nurture Scarlet’s dynamic LinkedIn presence—daily thoughtful cadence + multimedia innovation.

Strategic PR & Media
- Secure editorial spots on cutting-edge healthcare platforms (from MIT Technology Review to industry specialists).
- Identify beat reporters, pinpoint pitch hooks, and report wins.

Stories & Talent Networks
- Arrange premier conferences, webinars, where Scarlet experts influence next-gen debates.

What the Recipe Needs
Essential skills: ◆ 5+ years’ experience in a high-caliber client agency role, in-house, or journalistic (deep medical-technology domain a plus).
◆ Surgical proverbial writing eye—tone refinement, A+ grammar, defining editorial lines.
◆ Protective curiosity: You dissect newsworthy tech with a lens for how it translates across demographics.
◆ EQ to manoeuvre any sector/media audience with message precision.
◆ Creative + data hybrid: Knows how to package knowledge visually and conversationally—storytellers with analytics intuition.
Desirable: ◆ Digital health expertise or healthcare marketplace experience.
The Process
