About the Role

The GBS Supply Transformation Programme is deploying global standard operating procedures across Supply and Manufacturing functions in CSLP. As the GBS Supply Communications Lead, your role is to define and execute a comprehensive strategy to support the GBS Director Supply Services, including:

  • Designing engaging communications for town halls, announcements, and stakeholder coaching

  • Collaborating with the central GBS Supply Organisational Change Management (OCM) Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the communication plan for the GBS Supply function

  • Design timely, accurate, and compelling messages for internal/external stakeholders
  • Measure communication effectiveness, analyse gaps, and iterate approaches to improve outcomes
  • Promote the GBS Supply Turbo initiative, fostering a positive brand through events and activities
  • Analyse impact assessments (IOC) of change, including people, processes, organisation, and technology, to align stakeholders
  • Support Adoption teams in embedding new ways of working through action plans
  • Engage diverse stakeholders via digital tools (e.g., Workplace, Menti, Teams) and traditional media
  • Create visionary narratives using data and evidence to inspire adoption
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across markets, accelerating end-user buy-in
  • Lead communications for major events (kick-off events, all-hands meetings, appreciation events)
  • Conduct surveys to gauge stakeholder readiness, adoption rates, and feedback
  • Monitor progress via OCM governance, tracking engagement and adoption trends
  • Mentor local change leads, sharing best practices and lessons learned across deployments
  • Apply global/industry best practices to refine the OCM methodology, tools, and templates

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
