About the Role
The GBS Supply Transformation Programme is deploying global standard operating procedures across all regions for Reckitt’s Supply and Manufacturing functions within CSLP (Cluster Supply & Logistics Partnerships). As the GBS Supply Communications Lead, you’ll define and execute the communication strategy and plan supporting the GBS Director, Supply Services. This includes developing engaging outputs, coordinating content for town halls, elevations, and coaching strategies, and championing best communication practices.
You will integrate with the central GBS Supply Organisational Change Management (OCM) Team, driving alignment and engagement across global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creation, execution, and management of the GBS Supply communications plan
- Map stakeholders across GBS Supply programmes, crafting tailored communication strategies to boost engagement, minimise resistance, and build capabilities
- Craft Defining communications strategies—messages, timings, and norms—to ensure synchronised, timely, and accurate internal/external engagement
- Measure communication effectiveness using KPIs, data, and insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Foster a strong brand narrative for the GBS Supply Turbo Programme
- Analyse people, processes, organisations, and technology (IOC) impacts of change, designing and rolling out tailored communication solutions across regions and markets
- Support GBS Supply Adoption Team in creating action plans to embed new ways of working across all deployment and business-as-usual (BAU) markets
- Use digital and creative methodologies (e.g., Workplace, MS Teams, Mentiometer) to engage diverse teams
- Translate data into visionary narratives, ensuring clarity and impact for diverse audiences
- Align messaging across deployment markets for prompt end-user adoption
- Take ownership of communication aspects for all GBS Supply Events, including:
- Launch kick-offs
- All-hands team sessions
- Appreciation ceremonies
- Conduct surveys for stakeholder readiness, adoption, and feedback across all regions
- Adhere to an established OCM governance framework, monitoring performance and reporting stakeholder engagement and adoption metrics
- Guide local change leads in major communication initiatives, fostering lessons learned and capturing best practices for the organization
- Apply services, progressive methodologies, and emerging digital tools to constantly enhance the OCM methodology, templates, and central frameworks.

Essential Experience and Expertise
- Proven expertise as a Communications Lead in global corporate environments.
- Experience leading communication strategies during large-scale transformation programmes, particularly those in supply chain, manufacturing, or operational efficiencies.
- Competence in high-pressure, project-driven environments delivering potentially fast-paced, ambitious initiatives.
- Proficiency in global IT transformation programmes, complexities, and working streams.
- Hands-on experience with mix of digital and traditional communications tools; key examples:
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Adobe Suite and alternatives like Camtasia
- Virtual and in-person engagement tools (Workplace, Teams, Pinpoint, Mentimeter)
- Track record managing and executing large-scale events (e.g., discovery roll-out kick-offs, town halls, appreciation galas); experience delivering virtually and in-person preferable

Critical Skills for Success
- Polished written and verbal communication skills (curve-saving pitch, storyboarding, narrative arcs, transparency penetration).
- Stakeholder agility; adept at influencing senior stakeholders (e.g., directors, regional heads) across geographies and cultures.
- Strategic project management proficiencies coupled with prioritization ability under deadlines.
- Natively fluent in written and spoken English; strong cross-cultural adaptability required.
- Comfort with data storytelling: techniques for translating insights into compelling narratives.
- Collaborative approach to tool customisation and best-practice enhancement toward global OCM standards.
