Communications Lead- Migration

Communications Lead - Migration

FTC until end of March 2027

About People’s Partnership At the heart of our not-for-profit organisation is a commitment and a motivation to make the future-saving experience a simple one for our members. We champion fairness and simplicity, not profit-chasing. Imagine a financial adventure where everyone's a winner, fuelled by our exceptional service and brought to life by the fantastic individuals who work for us. We're a diverse employer with a flexible, hybrid working approach, ensuring everyone gets the opportunity to come to work and be the best version of themselves.

What You'll Be Doing

The Comms Lead is responsible for migrating regulated, high-volume communications from legacy financial services systems into a modern CCM solution. The role defines communication architecture, modular standards, and governance frameworks to ensure compliant, scalable, auditable communication delivery.

The Comms Lead will design, catalogue and govern the high-risk communication architecture within the new CCM platform. Focuses on comms detail: locking down communication governance and creation. The role will define modular content standards, template design patterns and build principles to ensure communications are scalable, compliant, commercially efficient and digitally aligned. Working alongside the Customer Journeys Lead for Migration, a key measure of success is the establishment or sustainable standards and communication architecture self-sufficiency by the end of the term.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
