You'll be working with a 2,000-strong community of trade specialists, from senior leaders through to teams out on projects, so you need to be someone who's confident, approachable and naturally chatty, the kind of person who builds relationships easily and isn't afraid to start conversations.

We're on a journey to elevate the role of our trade specialists, recognising their expertise and supporting a shift from Trades to Technicians and you'll play a key part in bringing that to life in a way that actually resonates with people.

Whether you're speaking with senior stakeholders or out on site with delivery teams, you'll be just as comfortable in both worlds. You'll know how to keep things clear, engaging and real.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape meaningful communication and engagement, including change initiatives
  • Develop internal communication materials such as employee announcements, newsletters, project features and campaigns
  • Support leadership engagement events
  • Create content for external media and communication channels
  • Contribute to the development of owned channels
  • Evaluate and report on communication effectiveness
  • Manage agencies and external providers where required
  • Travel to projects, depots and manufacturing facilities (with occasional overnight stays)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
