Are you searching for a career with bags of variety, in an environment that celebrates differences and empowers collaboration, which values people and will encourage you to make an impact? Do you want the freedom to explore, and the opportunities to find new ways and to innovate? If so, TwiningsOvo delivers.

Key Responsibilities

The Communications Manager supports the delivery of Twinings Ovaltine’s global communications strategy and its business units, helping to protect and enhance the organisation’s reputation as a values-led business.

The role focuses predominantly on executing high-quality external communications, ensuring consistency of messaging across markets and channels, and supporting media engagement and stakeholder communications. From time to time they may be required to do some internal communications on an ad hoc basis. This person will add value through effective delivery, strong collaboration with global and local teams and ensuring communications are aligned to business priorities and brand narratives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
