Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Creating and commissioning high-quality content for social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, case studies, photography, and video projects.
  • Supporting communications activity linked to campaigns, events, policy, and public affairs work, while ensuring all channels remain active, engaging, and audience-focused.
  • Continually evaluating and improving communications activity using insight, analytics, and performance data, helping to maximise reach and impact.

The successful candidate will have experience managing website content and structure through a CMS, ideally WordPress, alongside strong knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp. You will be confident planning, scheduling, and managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, with a clear understanding of how to grow engagement and develop content that resonates with different audiences. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills are essential, together with the ability to adapt content for multiple channels and purposes.

This role requires a proactive and organised communicator who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership of projects, and provide reliable support to the Head of Communications. You will be comfortable leading on campaigns, coordinating content plans with delivery teams, managing competing priorities, and ensuring communications activity continues to move forward at pace across the organisation.
