The Work
Ripple is hiring a Communications Manager to support strategic communications across Europe, Middle East and Africa (MEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC), three of our most important growth regions. Reporting to the Communications Director, EMEA, and working closely with the Communications Director, APAC, this is a hands-on role for a mid-level communications professional who is organised, a strong writer, and comfortable working across multiple markets and workstreams simultaneously.
You will play a vital supporting role in how Ripple shows up in Europe, MEA and APAC through press, events, thought leadership, and executive platforms, working closely with regional teams, local PR agencies, Ripple’s leaders and subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams within the business.
The ideal candidate has around five years of experience in communications or a related field, ideally within digital assets, financial services, fintech, or technology, and has a track record of working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver impactful communications programs.
What You’ll Do
- Support EMEA and APAC communications initiatives including corporate and product news, speaking engagements, media relations and thought leadership.
- Coordinate media launches and announcements with clients and partners, ensuring Ripple's core messaging is integrated throughout and driving strategic amplification through Ripple’s owned channels.
- Draft spokesperson materials for press and events, including talking points, briefing documents, and messaging frameworks.
- Coordinate with regional PR agencies on media opportunities and news announcements.
- Partner with industry event organizers to shape session agendas and panel content aligned with Ripple’s strategic messaging, helping to position Ripple's spokespeople as credible industry voices.
- Support with the development of spokesperson briefing materials for events, including talking points and messaging.
- Assist regional Managing Directors with the development of content for their social media profiles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop thought leadership articles highlighting Ripple's regional progress, client partnerships, and market expertise.
- Work across the broader Communications team to integrate product-specific communications into regional communications plans.

What You'll Bring
- Minimum five years of experience in communications, PR, or public affairs, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a high-growth technology company.
- Strong writing skills across a range of formats -- press releases, briefing documents, social content, and long-form articles.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different markets and time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Some familiarity with digital assets, payments, or regulated financial technology is an advantage.
What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you'll be a reliable and proactive member of the EMEA and APAC communications team, delivering well-crafted materials on time, building strong working relationships with the spokespeople and agency partners, and developing a solid understanding of Ripple's business, markets and messaging.
