Communications Manager - London / Hybrid

Are you confident partnering with senior leaders to bring strategy to life for colleagues?

Join us as a Communications Manager supporting colleague engagement and leadership communications within UK Commercial Risk and Retirement!

This is a hybrid role based in London with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What The Day Will Look Like

  • You will work closely with senior leaders and the wider communications team to deliver clear, engaging and high impact communications that support business priorities and colleague understanding.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver communication strategies aligned to business goals
  • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content across channels including digital, face to face and video
  • Lead and support key internal events such as town halls, leadership forums and roadshows
  • Create compelling content that connects colleagues to strategy and business priorities
  • Support external communications activity where required, including social and media content
  • Review and continuously improve communication channels using feedback and insight
  • Collaborate with communications colleagues across the globe to align messaging and delivery
