Communications Manager - London / Hybrid

Join us as a Communications Manager supporting colleague engagement and leadership communications within UK Commercial Risk and Retirement!
This is a hybrid role based in London with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What The Day Will Look Like
- You will work closely with senior leaders and the wider communications team to deliver clear, engaging and high impact communications that support business priorities and colleague understanding.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver communication strategies aligned to business goals
- Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content across channels including digital, face to face and video
- Lead and support key internal events such as town halls, leadership forums and roadshows
- Create compelling content that connects colleagues to strategy and business priorities
- Support external communications activity where required, including social and media content
- Review and continuously improve communication channels using feedback and insight
- Collaborate with communications colleagues across the globe to align messaging and delivery

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Experience delivering communications within a complex or global organisation
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to engage different audiences
- Confident stakeholder management, including working with senior leaders
- Experience using a range of communication channels and formats
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment
