Selwyn College is seeking a Communications & Marketing Officer to join the College's busy, friendly Development team.

Communications & Marketing Officer
Contract Type: Permanent, subject to six months' probation
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (occasional evening and weekend work will be required)
Salary: £32,580 per annum (2026/27 cost of living pay award pending)
Location: Selwyn College, Grange Road, Cambridge, CB3 9DQ

You will help us keep in touch with over 7,000 alumni worldwide, producing high-quality publications, digital content and visual materials that maintain and strengthen relationships across generations and continents.

Reporting to the Development Director, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Communications, you will be responsible for the production of Selwyn's annual publications (Annual Report, Magazine and Calendar), e-newsletters, marketing materials and digital content for the College's alumni, donors and wider audiences.
