Communications Officer
Salary: £28,584.82 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Ipswich/ Hybrid
Ref: IP391

We are looking for a Communications Officer (Design & Media) to own and improve our digital and print communications collateral, finding new ways to present our services while ensuring our branding is always upheld. You will play an integral role in a busy communications team which supports the entire organisation. You will be responsible for designing customer-facing collateral including handbooks, posters and flyers, as well designing social graphics, newsletters and other internal and external publications which are inclusive and accessible. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an image and video library, including post-production editing, and gathering consent for imagery where required. You will also be required to cover some communications activity when your colleagues are on leave.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to make an impact in an organisation which provides sector-leading, customer centric housing, support and care services which put the ethos “Together we make a difference” at our core.
Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is essential.
