Company Description

TTP is an employee-owned technology and product development consultancy, with a 40-year track record of helping ambitious clients solve complex technical challenges and bring innovative, commercially successful solutions to market.

We invent, design, and manufacture impactful products and technologies across a wide range of industries – including healthcare, life science, energy, and communications – and at the intersection of biology, physical science and engineering.

Our working culture encourages entrepreneurship, shared ideas, and technical collaboration, while providing you with the freedom to do your best work.

Job Description

Our Defence & Aerospace team works on ambitious, multidisciplinary projects spanning intelligent sensing, resilient communications, autonomy, and next-generation defence systems. One day you could be developing low-cost sensing technologies or secure communications for contested environments; the next, designing autonomous and attritable systems that help shape the future of defence.

You’ll work alongside bright, collaborative experts from across TTP, taking bold ideas from concept to deployable capability while tackling some of the toughest engineering challenges that really matter.

Our projects move from early-stage product development to customer deployment at pace, giving you the satisfaction of seeing your work making a tangible difference in the real world much sooner than in many engineering roles.

Our facilities are varied with a dedicated RF laboratory including an anechoic chamber as well as an on-site micro-fabrication facility and general physics & materials laboratories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
