Communications & Social Media Manager
Location: London Type: Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid (2 days on-site) Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
LT Talent is partnering with a leading wellness and personal care business to find a Communications & Social Media Manager who can take strategic ownership—not just execution. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead communications, brand awareness, and social media across a multi-brand portfolio of established and fast-growing consumer brands, spanning UK and priority European markets.
The Role
Strategic oversight of communications across a multi-brand beauty accessories and personal care portfolio, covering:
- Social media (organic and paid)
- PR and influencer strategy
- TikTok Shop
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
- Build and lead the communications strategy for UK and European markets, aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
- Own all agency relationships across Europe, including:
- Briefing and managing agency performance.
- Driving return on investment (ROI) from partnerships.

Market & Content Execution
- Lead European PR and influencer strategy, collaborating closely with the in-house UK PR team.
- Oversee the social media ecosystem across multiple territories (organic and paid).
- Drive TikTok Shop development and social commerce initiatives.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Present strategy and performance to senior stakeholders and distributor partners.
- Manage and develop a [three-person team]—Social Content Lead, Communications Executive, and Assistant Social Media Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Proven ability to build and lead multi-market communication strategies, ideally with European experience.
- Strong agency management track record.
- Commercial acumen—ability to link communications to distribution, sell-in, and revenue, not just reach.
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.

Social Media & Digital Expertise
- Hands-on ownership of social media strategy and performance, including organic and paid channels.
Industry Alignment
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, or Consumer Goods.
