About the Role

We are currently seeking a confident and motivated Communications Specialist to represent our brand through professional, one to one engagement. This position plays an important role in supporting brand visibility, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our messaging is delivered with clarity and consistency.

As a Communications Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact between the organisation and the individuals we engage with. The role requires strong interpersonal awareness, adaptability, and the ability to communicate value in a clear and professional manner. Success in this position comes from building trust, understanding needs, and contributing to positive, results focused interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to communicate brand initiatives and organisational objectives
  • Deliver tailored messaging aligned with audience needs and company goals
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships through consistent and thoughtful follow up
  • Represent the organisation at events, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen communication strategies and enhance brand positioning
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide feedback to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport across a diverse range of individuals
  • Self motivated with a proactive and goal oriented mindset
  • Professional, adaptable, and solution focused approach
  • Interest in continuous development and performance based progression
  • Experience in client engagement, outreach, communications, or brand representation is beneficial
