We are looking for a passionate and creative Communications Strategist to join our team.
Would you like to...
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of communications and organisational change initiatives that support a Corporate Innovation programme within a leading UK financial services company.
- Serve as the primary communications partner for C-suite and senior leaders, as well as cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and credibility in messaging.
- Design and deliver multi-channel communication strategies and assets, including leadership updates, campaigns, briefings, and internal marketing materials.
- Organise town halls, roadshows, and targeted engagement initiatives that amplify the Corporate Innovation team's work and demonstrate its impact.
- Work closely with strategy, design, technology, product, and delivery teams to ensure communications reflect real outcomes and release rhythms.
- Help shape how innovation is understood, adopted, and championed across the organisation.

We would like you to have...
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with an executive-ready standard of delivery.
- Extensive experience in engagement, change, and internal communications within startups, Venture Capital companies, or large organisations.
- Confidence working with C-suite stakeholders, with the gravitas to partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Comfort operating independently while collaborating closely within multidisciplinary teams.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, or equivalent platforms) and insight tools (e.g. Forms, Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar).
- Experience planning and delivering events that drive employee and stakeholder engagement.
- A portfolio showcasing impactful communication, engagement, or change initiatives that demonstrate strategic thinking and excellent execution.
