Guest Services Ambassador/Community Ambassador

We’re looking for a Guest Services Ambassador/Community Ambassador to join our energetic team of Rapport Ambassadors at our client’s offices near St Paul's.

You’ll have a home base, but you’ll also have the chance to work across multiple areas, giving you variety, exposure and plenty of room to grow your skills in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

Our client is a global media, marketing and corporate communications group, you’ll play a central role in creating a polished, welcoming and seamless experience for everyone who visits the workplace. From delivering exceptional reception services and managing reservations to supporting building operations and events, you’ll help ensure the environment runs smoothly and feels vibrant.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Salary: £35,600 per annum

Main Responsibilities

  • Stay adaptable and resilient responding smoothly to last-minute changes and a fast-moving environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Manage queries with professionalism, working closely with colleagues and service partners to provide warm, effective solutions.
  • Produce accurate reporting within deadlines, maintaining exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Deliver a standout welcome across both ground floor and client reception areas, ensuring every guest feels genuinely valued.
  • Support call services by handling calls efficiently, confidently and with a friendly approach.

The ideal candidate will
