The Role

As our Customer Success & Community Intern, you'll be the friendly face of Foundermatcha, ensuring founders and developers have a seamless experience from the moment they join. You'll support onboarding, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, encourage engagement, and help build an active, supportive community. You'll also work closely with the founders to identify opportunities to improve the user experience and refine how our platform operates. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced startup environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About Foundermatcha

Foundermatcha is building the future of founder matchmaking. We connect founders, developers, operators and startup talent through aligned goals, working styles, and long-term compatibility. Rather than matching people based on skills alone, we help ambitious builders find the right people to create exceptional companies with.

As our community continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success & Community Intern to help deliver an outstanding experience for every member who joins the platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with an early-stage startup, gaining hands-on experience across customer success, community operations, product feedback, and startup growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
