Who Are UNTIL?

We’re on a mission to make health and wellness fairer and better for everyone by putting power and choice back into the hands of the people who make the difference - health and wellness practitioners.

UNTIL isn’t just a space - We are a high-performance wellness community where London’s leading self-employed practitioners build, collaborate and grow their businesses under one roof. Across our central London clubs, 40+ disciplines - from personal trainers and physiotherapists to nutritionists, therapists, dentists and doctors - call UNTIL home.

And behind every thriving practitioner is an exceptional in-club experience. That’s where you come in. This is a critical, member-facing hospitality role - as a Community Associate, you are the face of UNTIL. You are the first impression, the lasting impression, and the one who shapes each member’s experience.

You welcome with warmth, you lead with care, you operate with curiosity. You create an environment where members and their guests feel recognised, supported and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

This role sits at the heart of the club’s daily experience. You are not just running a front desk - you are shaping how our community feels.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Best-in-Class Hospitality

  • Set the standard for service inside the club.
  • Welcome every member and guest with genuine warmth, professionalism and energy.
  • Learn names, preferences and patterns - building real, lasting relationships.
  • Anticipate needs before they are voiced.
  • Respond to queries confidently and instinctively.
  • Handle challenges with composure and care.
  • Be visible, present and proactive.
  • Represent the UNTIL brand with pride and polish at all times.
  • You don’t just greet people - you make them feel at home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
