Wildflower Home Care Ltd provides specialist services to enable individuals to live well and independently at home. Our dedicated team focuses on enhancing independence by getting to know each person and understanding their goals, so we can work together to achieve them. Role Description

This is a part-time in-person role as a Community Care Assistant at Wildflower Home Care Ltd. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in their home settings. This includes:

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Dementia Care is desirable
  • Ability to work with empathy, patience, and compassion
  • Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of personal care and hygiene
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Health and Social Care
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is beneficial
