About the Role
Helping clients thrive in their own homes is our mission. As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll:
- Share life’s simple joys – A coffee chat, a helping hand, or a friendly smile can truly brighten someone’s day.
- Support dignity & independence – Assist with daily living (personal care, meals, home tasks) and promote wellness.
- Be the face of care – Build trust and provide compassionate, fresh support with a genuine human touch.

Requirements
Essential: ✂ 6+ months’ minimum experience in care (training provided but prior exposure preferred) ✂ Passion for client wellbeing and the right abilities to exhibit strong empathy ✂ Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months employment rights) ✂ Team player – Work well with others and thrive in a collaborative culture ✂ Weekend availability – Key to meeting client needs
Desirable (but not essential): 🔹 Knowledge of care processes, Safeguarding, or mental health awareness
