We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Assistant to join our amazing team here at Right at Home to care for our amazing Clients in:

  • Enfield
  • Winchmore Hill
  • Southgate
  • Palmers Green
  • Edmonton and nearby areas

Pay:

  • Weekdays £13.10 – and Weekends £14.05 plus bank holiday uplifts

PLUS:

  • Holiday pay, pensions
  • Mileage 35p/mile
  • Bank holidays – Time +½ =, Xmas/NY - Time x 2
  • Performance bonus, reward and recognition schemes
  • £250 referral bonus, EAP, Private GP Access, Blue Light Card

Working times we offer:

  • Morning start – 7am, 8am or 9am to 2pm or full days if you prefer.
  • Evening – 5pm to 10pm
  • Nights could vary from 8pm to 10pm starts for 10 hours

  • Specialist dementia care
  • Assistance with mobility issues
  • Cooking for clients
  • Feeding clients
  • Cleaning, medication assistance and taking clients into the community

Essential criteria:

  • Positive person.

  • Passionate about care, having no hesitation with personal care.
  • We require staff with experience for this role
  • Car driver, with access to a car (if you don’t have a car and you’re a walker based in N9, EN1, EN2, N13 or N21 postcodes ideally)
  • Working alternative weekends, or one weekend per week.
  • Please note we can accept people who require sponsorship but ONLY if you’re based in the UK and you have your own car for work.
